TouchHue and its licensors own the service, including software, workflows, interface design, branding, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TouchHue intellectual property to you.

You may stop using TouchHue at any time. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or provisions that should survive by their nature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TouchHue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TouchHue and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
