Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the content and behavior rules that apply when you use TouchHue, including uploads, prompts, edits, generated outputs, billing-related usage, and account activity.

By using TouchHue, you agree not to use the service for prohibited content or prohibited behavior.

Prohibited Content

You must not use TouchHue to upload, generate, edit, enhance, transform, or distribute content that is:

  • NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nudity-focused, fetish, or otherwise adult-oriented
  • exploitative, abusive, or harmful, including sexual content involving minors
  • illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or threatening
  • infringing on intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
  • intended to harass, abuse, or impersonate a person or organization
  • designed to distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads

Prohibited Use of AI Features

You must not use TouchHue's AI features to:

  • generate or enhance sexually explicit or adult content
  • remove safeguards, bypass moderation, or attempt to defeat safety controls
  • create misleading commercial materials that violate law or third-party rights
  • process content when you do not have the necessary rights or permissions

Moderation and Enforcement

TouchHue may monitor, review, block, remove, refuse to process, or restrict content or accounts that appear to violate this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or third-party provider requirements.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, compliance, operational, payment, or safety risk.
